Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must have completed Matric
- Must be studying towards an undergraduate degree qualification in the specified fields
- Must be entering the final year of a 3-year degree OR the third year of a 4-year degree in 2026
- Must continue studying towards an Honours degree after the internship
- Must intend on completing studies by the end of 2027
- Must be available for full-time employment in January 2028 after the internship
- Must have achieved and maintained a minimum overall of 65%
- Must be studying at a recognized university in South Africa
- Must be interested in software development engineering and a career at Amazon
- Must be willing to join the Amazon paid internship during summer vacation
- Must be willing to participate in training opportunities at Amazon
